As a Landscape Technician, you will assist in transforming outdoor spaces with hardscapes, irrigation systems, and plantings. You'll work closely with experienced foremen, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality projects. If you love the idea of working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that gets things done with pride, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of hardscapes, including patios, retaining walls, and plantings
• Help in loading and unloading trucks at the start and end of each workday
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use each day
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results
• Learn new skills in landscape construction through on-the-job training
• Occasionally operate machinery, once properly trained
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship in every project

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in landscaping is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• A passion for working outdoors
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license (CDL is a bonus)
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• Eagerness to learn and apply new skills
