As a Production Manager, you will be the critical link between our installation crews, clients, and sales team. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in project management and scheduling but also has a deep understanding of landscaping processes and equipment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily landscaping installation operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily landscaping production process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Supervise installation crews, ensuring high-quality work and strict adherence to company standards.
• Work with the sales team to schedule job assignments, equipment, and materials for optimal efficiency.
• Track job progress and efficiency, resolve any arising issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular meetings with foremen.
• Implement, document and enforce production policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure safety.
• Manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Guide and mentor production employees, ensuring continued development and team morale.
• Act as a liaison between clients and production staff to ensure strong, productive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and regularly lead safety tailgate talks.
• Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new production employees, ensuring successful milestone completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 4 years of proven leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or a similar service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding employees.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
• In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Google Suite. 
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift/move heavy materials as needed.
